  If you plan on coming to do a safari in the Serengeti, you must ask for Lawi. He knows so much about the nature, and also the roads and... read more animal behaviors, this made it extremely easy to find different wildlife. We saw every single animal we came here to see (although the rhino was a little shy, we still saw his horns). Not only did we see these animals, but we came within FEET of a pride of 9 lions (one huge male and 8 females), 2 cheetahs on 2 separate occasions (one eating a kill with her 3 cubs), a leopard and her cub, and a massive herd of maybe 30 large tusked elephants. Not to mention the countless other animals we saw along the way.

Lawi speaks very good English, communicates with his team very well to stay on top of animal activity, and he is always on time (we were the ones late to breakfast a few times and he is the one who waited for us). He is also an excellent driver, on some occasions there was rain and while we saw other drivers getting stuck in the mud, we never got stuck once.

Overall if you plan to do a safari here do yourself a big favor and ask for Lawi!

He had really interesting facts about all the various animal behaviors and seemed to know just where to go to find some amazing sights. We got to see a leopard in a tree, tons of lions, and we even found the wildebeest migration which was quite a sight! He was a great driver and made it such a fun experience. I highly recommend Dolphin tours and Lawi as a driver. I booked a trip by myself expecting to be grouped with others in a full keep but instead ended up getting a private safari with just me and him! I recently had the pleasure of going on a safari in Tanzania with Dolphin Tours, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best... read more experiences of my life.

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the animals and the environment, and he made sure that we had an up-close and personal experience with all of the wildlife from the safety of the jeep of course.

One of the highlights of the trip was seeing the zebras, monkeys, giraffe, and hundreds of flamingos. It was truly awe-inspiring to be in such close proximity to these beautiful creatures and to see them in their natural habitats.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dolphin Tours to anyone looking for an incredible safari experience in Tanzania. The guides were top-notch, the transportation was fantastic, and the wildlife sightings were truly unforgettable. I can't wait to go back and experience it all again!
